We sell soft plush toys ("plushies"). Because each design is handmade or sourced in small batches:
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice — changes do not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order-confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Once placed, orders cannot be modified. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at @snugg_online — we'll do our best if the order hasn't been packed yet.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control. Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

To initiate a return, DM us on Instagram @snugg_online. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise. They cannot be applied after an order is placed, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
All content on this website — including product names, descriptions, photographs, illustrations, and the Snugg Store brand — is our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snugg Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or courier failures.
